The cDAQ‑9172 provides USB connectivity for small, portable sensor measurement systems. The chassis features the plug‑and‑play functionality of USB to connect sensor and electrical measurements. It also helps you control the timing, synchronization, and data transfer between C Series I/O modules and an external host. You can use this chassis with a combination of C Series I/O modules to create a mix of analog I/O, digital I/O, and counter/timer measurements. The cDAQ‑9172 also has four 32‑bit general-purpose counters and timers. With multiple timing engines, you can run four hardware-timed operations simultaneously, with three independent rates for analog input.
